SlimTimer: Server Upgrade Successful

Posted by Richard White Mon, 05 Mar 2007 07:56:00 GMT

While it took a bit longer than expected, everything has been fully moved over to the new server and is online. My apologies to everyone who had to track their time by pen and paper this evening; your sacrifice will be rewarded with a more responsive SlimTimer.

you’re doing a great job Richard. Congratulations and thank you very much!

I love SlimTimer. The more I try out other tools, the more I see how marvelously simple and usable SlimTimer is. Keep on truckin.

p.s. —If I could translate ST reports into pretty PDF invoices in a snap, there’d be no reason to even fish around anywhere else.

Thanks for your continued efforts :)

As a sidenote, have you given any thought to the way SlimTimer handles entries around midnight? When I create an entry from (say) 11:00pm to 2:00am, SlimTimer gets a bit confused.

    Cheers

Logan: It does get confused doesn’t it :)
I’m planning to overhaul that whole UI, so I’ll address that then.

I just discovered Slimtimer. It’s the application I dreamed to discover since a very long time: simple and efficient. Thanks a lot !
